The short version. This website is a brochure. It has no sign-in, no forms and no shopping cart. We do not run analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, and we load no third-party scripts. If you want to reach us, you email us, and then we have your email because you sent it.
1. Who we are
Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. ("we," "our," "us") is a design and engineering firm based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers the website at blueskyfusion.net.
2. What we collect on this site
Nothing that you type. The site presents information about our work and gives an email address to contact us. There are no forms to fill in and no accounts to create.
Like effectively every web server, the server hosting this site keeps routine access logs. Those records may include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string. They exist so the site can be kept running and secure, for example to identify a fault or block abusive traffic. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything else.
3. Cookies, analytics and tracking
- We set no cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking.
- We run no analytics. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent on this site.
- We load no third-party scripts. Nothing on these pages calls out to an advertising network, a social network or a tag manager, so no third party learns that you visited.
- There is nothing here for a "do not track" signal to switch off, because none of it is running in the first place.
4. If you email us
When you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list from a one-off enquiry, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
5. Client work
Where we build or host systems for a client, any personal information in those systems belongs to that client and is handled under our agreement with them and under their own privacy policy, not this one. This policy covers only this website.

6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your browser and the server is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but since this site collects nothing from you, there is very little here to lose.
7. Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
8. Your choices
You can browse this site without giving us anything. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your correspondence, write to the address below and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax, legal or accounting reasons.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here and the effective date above will be updated.
