This is a private, internal application. It is built and operated by Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. for its own bookkeeping and scheduling. It is not sold, not distributed to anyone outside the company, and not published in the QuickBooks App Store. There is no public sign-up.
1. The agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. ("Blue Sky Fusion," "we," "our") and each person authorized by Blue Sky Fusion to use the Blue Sky Fusion Accounting Dashboard (the "Software"). By using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Who may use the Software
Use is limited to owners, officers, employees and contractors of Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. who have been given access for a business purpose, and to the company's accountant acting on its behalf. No one else is licensed to use the Software.
3. License
Blue Sky Fusion grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for the internal business purposes of Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. All rights in the Software remain with Blue Sky Fusion, Inc.
4. What you may not do
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, lease or otherwise make the Software available to any third party.
- Use the Software to access any accounting data other than that of Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. and its divisions.
- Export, copy or transmit company financial data outside company-controlled systems except as required for accounting, tax or legal purposes.
- Share access credentials, API keys or authorization tokens with anyone, or store them in any location not controlled by the company.
- Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notice.
5. Connection to QuickBooks Online
The Software connects to QuickBooks Online through the Intuit API using credentials authorized by Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. It reads accounting records belonging to the company. It operates on a read-only basis by default; any operation that writes to QuickBooks requires specific authorization from the company each time.
Your use of QuickBooks Online is separately governed by your agreement with Intuit Inc. Nothing in this Agreement modifies that relationship, and Intuit Inc. is not a party to this Agreement.
6. Data
How the Software handles data is described in the Privacy Policy for the Blue Sky Fusion Accounting Dashboard. In short: the data is the company's own accounting data, it is used only for internal bookkeeping, scheduling and reporting, and it is not sold or shared.
7. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Software is an internal tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice. Figures it displays should be confirmed against the company's books of record before being relied upon.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Sky Fusion, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
9. Term and termination
This Agreement applies for as long as you are authorized to use the Software. Blue Sky Fusion may withdraw access at any time, and will do so when a person is no longer employed or engaged by the company. The company may also disconnect the Software from QuickBooks Online at any time from its QuickBooks account settings, which immediately ends the Software's access to company accounting data.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Software after a change means you accept the updated terms.
